Bat Mitzvah with the casino theme. In the middle of the ceiling there is a balloon sculpture of dice. Video would be more appropriate here because the dice is attached to a motor (you can see it on the picture - small back thing above the dice) so for the duaration of the party it was spinning around. And, since it weights next to nothing, it was moving from side to side with air, creating a lot of energy.
