The best way to plan this is to first understand the space. Photos of the room are very helpful, and for larger or more unusual projects, it is even better to meet at the location and plan the décor while looking at the actual walls, ceiling, and layout.

Babies and very young children should never be left alone with balloons, just as they should not be left alone with many other small or breakable items. This is one of the things we discuss during the consultation, along with where the décor will be placed and how the room will be used.
The goal is to create something beautiful while also making sure the setup makes sense for the age of the children and the situation.

We do not usually offer fixed “home packages,” because every home is different.
Ceiling heights are different. Room layouts are different. The amount of open space is different. Something that looks beautiful in one living room may not even fit into another.
Our usual minimum is around $500, although it is not written in stone. A slightly smaller project may sometimes be possible. For any home baby shower, even a small one, we can design something that fits the room and looks beautiful in that particular space.

Together with the hosts, and based on the room, colors, and style of each event, we can create several possible design options. Then we can choose the one you like best, or combine parts of different ideas into the final plan.
This can be discussed during the first consultation, so both events feel coordinated but still appropriate for their specific spaces.

A balloon arch is usually a structure with two legs standing on the floor. It creates a clear arch shape and is often used for entrances, backdrops, or focal points.
A balloon garland is more flexible. Sometimes it may look like half or three-quarters of an arch, but it does not have to. It can be shaped in a more flowing, curved, or organic way. It may have one main support point rather than two legs, and it often looks softer and more interesting for the eye.
For baby showers, the right choice depends on the room, ceiling height, available space, and the feeling you want to create.

The moment you know that you need balloon décor for a specific date, call us so we can reserve that day and time for you. The reason is not that our turnaround time is extremely long. Our normal turnaround is often about 3–4 days.
The real issue is availability. If another client books the same day and time before you, we may no longer have a team available for your event.
So the earlier you contact us, the better. We can reserve the time first and work out the design details later.

Yes. We can usually match the colors very closely.
For each major color, the balloon industry offers several shades. For example, for blue, there may be light blue, dark blue, robin’s egg blue, midnight blue, navy, and other variations. In most cases, one of these shades will be very close to what you need.
If a more exact color is required, we can use a double-balloon technique, where one balloon is placed inside another and the colors visually blend. For example, placing a white balloon inside a blue balloon can create a softer blue. Placing a colored balloon inside a clear balloon can create a shinier, more polished surface.
There are several techniques like this that allow us to get much closer to a specific palette. These custom color methods usually cost a little more, but they give us much more control.

Yes.
We do not have one fixed “installation” that we force into every room. Everything is custom-designed for the client and for the specific space we are decorating.
If you have low ceilings, we will design the balloon décor at the right size so it not only fits into the room, but also looks good there. If the room is small, we can use smaller balloons and more delicate shapes so the décor does not clutter the space.
This is exactly why we plan each project individually. The décor should improve the room, not overpower it.
