Every WOW! Balloons project is priced individually, because no two events, venues and designs are the same. At the same time, some numbers are fixed, and we publish them here so you can plan your budget before you call.
Minimum order
Boston and the surrounding area: $500.
New York City: $1,000.
The price is the same on weekdays and weekends.

Standard balloon arch, 10 by 10 feet: from $500.
Organic balloon arch, 10 by 10 feet: from about $800.
Short standard balloon column, about 5 feet: from $100.
Standard balloon column up to 10 feet: about $200.
Organic balloon column up to 10 feet: up to $700.
Setup and delivery: $100.
Teardown, if needed: $200.
Larger arches, taller columns, balloon walls, ceiling installations and full room designs are priced after we see your space and understand the event.
What affects the price
Size and complexity of the design. A standard arch with same size balloons takes less time and material than an organic arch with flowers and lighting.
The space. Ceiling height, the size of the room and where the decor has to stand change both the design and the amount of work.
Indoors or outdoors. Outdoor decor needs heavier bases and supports against wind, and has to be planned around the sun.
Branding. Logos, custom printed balloons and exact brand colors add to the cost.
Distance. We serve Boston and the area within about an hour of the city. For locations further away, delivery is quoted individually, depending on the distance and the size of the project. For large projects we travel further.
Timing. We usually need about three days to prepare an order. Same day orders are possible only occasionally, when we have both the time and the materials.
Setup and delivery
Setup and delivery fee: $100. It covers bringing the decor to your venue and installing it on site.
Teardown
Teardown is not included in the price. Most clients do not need it: guests enjoy popping the balloons at the end of the party. If you need us to take the decor down, standard teardown is $200. For very large installations the teardown cost is agreed separately in the contract.
Deposit and cancellation
To reserve your date we ask for a deposit, usually 50 percent. The deposit is not refundable, but it can be applied to another order with us. The deposit amount can be discussed individually.
Contract and insurance
Every order comes with a written contract. For corporate clients we provide a formal invoice suitable for procurement. We are insured and provide a certificate of insurance for venues that require it.
