WOW! Balloons USA designs and installs holiday and seasonal balloon decor in Boston and across New England: Christmas and winter holidays, Hanukkah, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, the Fourth of July, Halloween and other seasonal events. We decorate office holiday parties, storefronts and lobbies, restaurants and private homes. Minimum order is from $500 and up in the Boston area, plus a $100 setup and delivery fee.
What We Build for Holidays
Office holiday parties. Entrance arches, photo walls and stage garlands in your company colors or in classic holiday tones.
Storefronts and lobbies. Seasonal garlands and columns at the door or in the window that make a business look ready for the holidays.
Restaurants and bars. Ceiling clusters over the bar and dining room, garlands along the counter, decor for New Year's Eve and private holiday parties.
Holiday photo walls. A balloon backdrop with a seasonal design or a short message, where guests and customers take pictures.
Home celebrations. A garland around the fireplace or the staircase, or an arch for a family holiday party.
Seasons and Themes
Christmas and winter holidays: red, green, gold, silver and white, snowflakes and stars.
Hanukkah: blue, white and silver, menorahs and Stars of David.
New Year's Eve: black, gold and silver, numbers for the new year, metallic and confetti balloons.
Valentine's Day: red, pink and white, hearts and lettering.
Fourth of July: red, white and blue, stars and patriotic designs.
Halloween: black, orange, purple and green, with pumpkins, spiders and other themed shapes.
We can also design for corporate anniversaries, seasonal sales and any holiday that matters to your business or your family.
Holiday Work in Boston
We have built a Christmas balloon garland for a corporate event at the Boston Symphony, organic balloon columns for a New Year's Eve party at a club and rotating star balls on the ceiling for New Year's Eve. We also create balloon menorahs and Stars of David. One of the largest pieces we ever made was a balloon menorah about 25 feet high and 40 feet wide for an event at the old Boston Convention Center.
Book Early in Holiday Season
The weeks before Halloween, Christmas and New Year's Eve are the busiest of the year. Production takes about three days, but dates fill up first, so contact us as soon as you know the date, even if the design is not decided. If our schedule is open, we can sometimes take an event on shorter notice.
More on timing: How far in advance to book balloon decor.
How Long Does Holiday Decor Last?
Indoors, in an air conditioned room, an installation holds its shape for about a week, so storefront and lobby decor can stay up through a holiday weekend. Outdoors, balloons should stay out of direct sunlight, and an outdoor installation is planned for one day.
How Much Does Holiday Balloon Decor Cost in Boston?
Every project is quoted individually, because the price depends on the pieces, their size, the materials and how they are installed. Our minimum order is from $500 and up in the Boston area and from $1,000 and up in New York City, plus a $100 setup and delivery fee. Prices are the same on weekdays and weekends. Teardown is optional and costs $200 as a standard service.

Yes. We work from your brand guidelines and can combine your colors with seasonal shapes and accents.

Yes, seasonal balloon décor can be installed outdoors, but it must be planned carefully.
Direct sun, especially in summer, can damage balloons very quickly. Even in winter, outdoor balloons usually do not last as long as indoor balloons. In many outdoor situations, the décor may look good for a day or two, but if the event lasts longer, it may need to be refreshed or replaced.
During the first consultation, we discuss all of these questions: where the décor will be placed, how much sun or wind it will face, how long it needs to last, whether it should be installed shortly before the event, and whether it will need maintenance.
The design depends on the real outdoor conditions.

The first time, we visit the location, look at the space, take photos, and plan the design carefully.
After that, the process becomes much easier. When the same client wants seasonal décor again, they can simply call and say what date they need it. Because we already know the space, the planning time is much shorter, and often everything can be arranged in one phone call.
We do have clients who come back every year. Based on the fact that they keep returning, we believe we are doing something right.

Yes. We create balloon menorahs, Stars of David and other Jewish symbols, from pieces about 6 feet tall to much larger installations. One of the largest was a menorah about 25 feet high and 40 feet wide for an event at the old Boston Convention Center.
